Simantini Dhuru

Simantini Dhuru is the Director of the Avehi Abacus Project, Mumbai – a unique educational initiative devoted to strengthening and transforming public education. She has played a key role in policy-making and curriculum development bodies at state and national levels (particularly actively contributing her experiences and insights in the capacity of a member to the National Executive Committee for Sarva Shikha Abhiyan, NCERT and Maharashtra SCERT). She is a visiting faculty with the School of Education (SOE) and the Centre of Excellence in Teacher Education (CETE, formerly CEIAR) at TISS Mumbai where she has developed and taught the MA in Elementary Education and Integrated B Ed.-M.Ed. courses. She has also developed and taught a course in Indian Education at the Department of Asian Languages and Cultures, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor campus. She is also a documentary filmmaker with national and international awards to her credit. She is the principal designer of this course.

Richa Sharma

Richa Sharma is an Assistant Professor at the Centre of Excellence in Teacher Education(CETE) at TISS Mumbai. She is passionate about Philosophy of Education and Peace Studies. She co-leads World of Work, a project CETE is engaged in with DBSE. She teaches Social Sciences among other papers at CETE.

ऋचा शर्मा

ऋचा शर्मा TISS मुंबई में सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस इन टीचर एजुकेशन (CETE) में सहायक प्रोफेसर हैं। उन्हें शिक्षा दर्शन और शांति अध्ययन में गहरी रुचि है। वे वर्ल्ड ऑफ वर्क नामक परियोजना का सह-नेतृत्व करती हैं, जो CETE और DBSE के बीच एक परियोजना है। वह CETE में अन्य पाठ्यक्रमों के अलावा सामाजिक विज्ञान भी पढ़ाती हैं।

Shaily Bhadauria

Shaily Bhadauria is a Senior Research Associate at CETE- TISS Mumbai. She is a passionate educationist with over 15 years of experience in Teaching, Curriculum Development and Teacher Education. Working with various state government projects, she has designed and developed online resources and courses for both teachers and students. During her stint as a school teacher, she was driven to the idea of using films as a pedagogic tool for a critical understanding of Social Science and is currently exploring the field of 'Cinema as a Critical Public Pedagogy space' for research. Her other areas of interest are Philosophy, Linguistics and Music.

शैली भदौरिया

शैली भदौरिया CETE-TISS मुंबई में वरिष्ठ शोध सहयोगी हैं। वह एक उत्साही शिक्षाविद् हैं जिन्हें शिक्षण, पाठ्यक्रम विकास और शिक्षक शिक्षा में 15 वर्षों से अधिक का अनुभव है। विभिन्न राज्य सरकार परियोजनाओं के साथ काम करते हुए उन्होंने शिक्षकों और छात्रों, दोनों के लिए ऑनलाइन संसाधन और पाठ्यक्रम विकसित किए हैं। एक स्कूल शिक्षक के रूप में अपने कार्यकाल के दौरान वह सामाजिक विज्ञान की आलोचनात्मक समझ के लिए फिल्मों का एक शैक्षणिक उपकरण के रूप में उपयोग करने के विचार से प्रेरित थीं। वर्तमान में वह सिनेमा की एक क्रिटिकल पब्लिक पेडागोजी के क्षेत्र के रूप में शोध की तैयारी कर रही हैं। उनकी रुचि के अन्य क्षेत्र दर्शन, भाषा विज्ञान और संगीत हैं।

Harshvardhan Kumar

Harshvardhan Kumar is working as Senior Consultant at TISS Mumbai. He has contributed to Teacher Professional Development in his work with national and international organisations. His education and experience in the Development sector and the field of Education have shaped his understanding of the Education and Educational Rights of children. Post his PhD in the field of Education from University of Delhi, he has worked in the areas of Teacher Education, School Education, Girls' Education, Adult Education and Early Childhood Care and Education focussing on curriculum development, module writing, resource material development, and training. He also creates children’s literature and learning material.

हर्षवर्धन कुमार

हर्षवर्धन कुमार TISS मुंबई में सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस इन टीचर एजुकेशन (CETE) में वरिष्ठ सलाहकार के रूप में कार्यरत हैं। उन्होंने राष्ट्रीय और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय संगठनों के साथ अपने काम में शिक्षक व्यावसायिक विकास में योगदान दिया है। विकास और शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में उनकी पढ़ाई और अनुभव ने बच्चों की शिक्षा और शिक्षा के अधिकारों के बारे में उनकी समझ को आकार दिया है। दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय से शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में पीएचडी करने के बाद उन्होंने निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों में काम किया है: शिक्षक शिक्षा, स्कूली शिक्षा, लड़कियों की शिक्षा, वयस्क शिक्षा और प्रारंभिक बचपन देखभाल और शिक्षा में पाठ्यक्रम विकास, मॉड्यूल लेखन, संसाधन सामग्री विकास और प्रशिक्षण पर ध्यान केंद्रित करते हुए काम किया है। वह बच्चों के लिए साहित्य और शिक्षण सामग्री भी बनाते हैं।
